Rachel Kay supports the Center as an assistant to projects such as the interactive government map. Prior to joining the Center, Rachel has worked as a consultant for the Ministry of Higher Education and as a lecturer at the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh. She holds a First Class BA Honors Degree from the University of Manchester in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic, and an MA with Distinction in Arabic/English Translation from the University of Durham.
